Effects of continuous nursing combined with nutritional guidance intervention on immune function and pulmonary function in patients with chronic bronchitis
Objective To explore the effects of continuous nursing combined with nutritional guidance intervention on immune function and pulmonary function in patients with chronic bronchitis(CB).Methods A total of 150 CB patients admitted in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given continuous nursing combined with nutritional guidance intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The immune function, pulmonary function,self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results After nursing, the CD4+,CD3+and CD4+/CD8+in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of self-care ability and the 36-Items Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing combined with nutritional guidance intervention can enhance the self-care ability of CB patients, improve immune function and pulmonary function, and elevate the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
