Application effect of low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with modified standing position center of gravity transfer ability training in rehabilitation treatment of hemiplegia after stroke and its influence on peripheral nerve electrophysio
Objective To explore the application effect of low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with modified standing position center of gravity transfer ability training in the rehabilitation treatment of hemiplegia after stroke and its influence on peripheral nerve electrophysiology. Methods A total of 60 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted from February 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation, and the observation group was treated with low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with modified standing position center of gravity transfer ability training on the basis of the control group. The limb motor function, step frequency, step speed and peripheral nerve electrophysiological indexes of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of upper limb and lower limb motor function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the step frequency and step speed of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV)and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV)of tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with modified standing position center of gravity transfer ability training in the rehabilitation treatment of hemiplegia after stroke has satisfactory application effect,it can improve the motor function of upper and lower limbs, promote gait recovery, and regulate the electrophysiological indexes of peripheral nerves, which is worth promoting.
