Application effect of nursing under the guidance of hope therapy on infertility patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer and its influence on self-efficacy
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing under the guidance of hope therapy on infertility patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer and its influence on self-efficacy.Methods A total of 30 infertility patients who underwent in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 15 cases in each group.Both groups received in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer treatment,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing under the guidance of hope therapy on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of problem-solving,help-seeking and rationalization in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of self-blame,fantasy and retreat were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Herth hope scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing under the guidance of hope therapy can improve the negative emotional of infertile patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,promote self-efficacy and hope level,effectively ameliorate patients'coping style and improve the pregnancy rate.
