Effects of 5A nursing model based on WeChat platform combined with core stability rehabilitation training on limb function and disease perception pressure in hemiplegic patients with ischemic stroke
Objective To analyze the effects of 5A nursing mode based on WeChat platform combined with core stability rehabilitation training on limb function and disease perceived pressure of hemiplegic patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 150 hemiplegic patients with ischemic stroke admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group was given 5A nursing mode based on WeChat platform combined with core stability rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of intervention,the Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Barthel Index(BI)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At discharge,the scores of each dimension of Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At discharge,the scores of active participation in rehabilitation training and rehabilitation training action standard degree in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The 5A nursing model based on WeChat platform combined with core stability rehabilitation training can reduce the disease perception pressure of hemiplegic patients with ischemic stroke,improve the enthusiasm of rehabilitation training,and promote the recovery of limb function.
