Influences of patient mutual assistance health education based on WeChat platform combined with empathic nursing on the knowledge,belief,practice and psychological pressure of patients with myasthenia gravis
Objective To explore the influences of patient mutual assistance health education based on WeChat platform combined with empathic nursing on the knowledge,belief,practice and psychological pressure of patients with myasthenia gravis.Methods A total of 120 patients with myasthenia gravis admitted from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given patient mutual assistance health education based on WeChat platform combined with empathic nursing on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of disease knowledge,belief and practice in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Perceived Stress Scale(PSS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Myasthenia Gravis Composite(MGC)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the Myasthenia Gravis-Patient Reported Outcome(MG-PRO)score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patient mutual assistance health education based on WeChat platform combined with empathic nursing can not only improve the level of knowledge,belief and practice of patients with myasthenia gravis,but also reduce psychological pressure and promote the recovery of the body,which is worthy of promotion.
