Effects of early planned rehabilitation nursing based on quantitative evaluation combined with modified sitting-position Wuqinxi on ICU acquired weakness and muscle strength situation in patients with mechanical ventilation
Objective To explore the effects of early planned rehabilitation nursing based on quantitative evaluation combined with modified sitting-position Wuqinxi on ICU acquired weakness and muscle strength stuation in patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods A total of 85 patients with mechanical ventilation admitted in our hospital from February 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(44 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received early planned rehabilitation nursing based on quantitative evaluation combined with modified sitting-position Wuqinxi on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the Medical Research Council Score(MRCs)score and total muscle content of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of ICU acquired weakness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of active cooperation and exercise standard in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the oxygenation index(OI)and arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early planned rehabilitation nursing based on quantitative evaluation combined with modified sitting-position Wuqinxi can improve the enthusiasm of rehabilitation exercise in patients with mechanical ventilation,reduce the incidence of ICU acquired weakness.
