Effects of nursing intervention based on children's fun games combined with health education path on disease awareness rate of parents and psychological state of school-age children with mycoplasma pneumonia
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on children's fun games combined with health education path on the disease awareness rate of parents and psychological state of school-age children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 school-age children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on children's fun games combined with health education path on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The overall awareness rate of disease knowledge of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Children's Depression Inventory(CDI)and the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)of children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the total compliance of intervention of children in the observation group and the nursing satisfaction of their parents were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on children's fun games combined with health education path can not only improve the disease awareness rate of parents of school-age children with mycoplasma pneumonia,but also improve the psychological state of children,improve the compliance of children and the satisfaction of parents,which is worth promoting.
