晚期心力衰竭患者安宁疗护的研究进展

摘要
心力衰竭是威胁全球公众健康的主要疾病之一,且随着人口老龄化加剧,该病的患病人数逐年增加,约有5%～10%的心力衰竭患者将进入晚期心力衰竭阶段,出现一系列顽固性症状导致生活质量大大降低.安宁疗护对缓解晚期心力衰竭患者的身心症状、提高生存质量有着重要意义,然而实际接受安宁疗护的患者较少.本文综述晚期心力衰竭患者安宁疗护的需求、实施模式、影响因素及促进措施,以期为我国开展晚期心力衰竭患者安宁疗护提供参考.
Abstract
Heart failure is one of the major diseases that threaten global public health.With the aging of the population,the number of patients with heart failure is increasing year by year.About 5%-10%of patients with heart failure will enter the stage of advanced heart failure,with a series of intractable symptoms and greatly reduced quality of life.Palliative care is of great significance to alleviate the physical and mental symptoms of patients with advanced heart failure and improve the quality of life.However,there are relatively few patients who actually receive palliative care.This article reviews the needs,implementation models,influencing factors and promotion measures of palliative care for patients with advanced heart failure,in order to provide reference for the development of palliative care for patients with advanced heart failure in China.
