Research progress on the relationship between gut microbiota and its metabolites and cardiovascular diseases
Cardiovascular disease is a disease about the heart and its related blood vessels.Gut microbes have effects on the host through their own components and metabolites,and are closely related to cardiovascular disease.This article systematically reviews the role of gut microbes and metabolites and their relationship with the susceptibility to cardiovascular diseases,and provides a basis for regulating the composition of intestinal flora and metabolites as a new target for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
