摘要
随着人口老龄化程度的加深,心血管疾病(CVDs)将会长期处于我国城乡居民死亡原因第一位.不同心脏标志物与各类CVDs均有良好的相关性,可以作为临床诊断和预后的一个重要指标.不同心脏标志物的联合检测灵敏度、准确度和特异度更高,并能应用在不同的CVDs诊断场景,在CVDs的临床应用中有重要意义.
Abstract
With the deepening of the aging of the population,the cardiovascular diseases(CVDs)will be the first cause of death for urban and rural residents in China for a long time.Different cardiac markers have a good correlation with various CVDs,it can be used as an important indicator of clinical diagnosis and prognosis.The combined detection of different cardiac markers has higher sensitivity,accuracy and specificity,and can be applied in different CVDs diagnosis scenarios,which is of great significance in the clinical application of CVDs.
