Study on the regulation of immune cell infiltration characteristics in liver cancer microenvironment by KMT2 family based on bioinformatics analysis
Objective To explore the role of histone-lysine N-methyltransferase 2(KMT2)family in immune cell infiltration of liver cancer microenvironment. Methods The expression level, prognostic value and correlation with immune cell infiltration in microenvironment of KMT2 family in liver cancer were explored by using multiple databases. Results The expression level of KMT2 family in liver cancer tissues was significantly up-regulated and associated with poor prognosis of patients. The KMT2 family was closely related to the level of immune cell infiltration in tumor microenvironment(TME)and almost all immune checkpoint(ICP)genes. Conclusion The KMT2 family is significantly up-regulated in liver cancer and plays an important role in immune cell infiltration of TME,which has potential value as a candidate target for immunotherapy of liver cancer.
