Analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of hospice needs in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer
Objective To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of hospice needs in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 98 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 as the research objects.The hospice needs questionnaire was used to investigate them,and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors affecting the hospice needs in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Results In this study,a total of 98 questionnaires were distributed and 94 were recovered,with an effective rate of 95.92%.The total score of hospice needs in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer was(118.35±19.60)points.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,education level,medical insurance,main caregivers and pain degree were the influencing factors of hospice needs in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospice needs in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer are closely related to age,education level,medical insurance,main caregivers and pain degree.Clinically,targeted programs can be adopted for the above factors.
