Application effect of aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with estradiol gel in patients with intrauterine adhesions after operation and its influence on AFS score
Objective To investigate the application effect of aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with estradiol gel in patients with intrauterine adhesions after operation and its influence on American Fertility Society(AFS)score. Methods A total of 81 patients with intrauterine adhesions who underwent surgical treatment from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects, the patients were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(41 cases)by random number table method. The control group was treated with estradiol gel after operation, and the observation group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.56%,which was higher than 85.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the endometrial volume thickness of the two groups increased, and the pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)of the uterine artery decreased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the each dimension of AFS scores and the total score of the two groups decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of intrauterine re-adhesion in the observation group was 2.44%,which was lower than 15.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the pregnancy rate in the observation group was 41.46%,which was higher than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with estradiol gel have a higher effect on patients with intrauterine adhesions, which can increase endometrial thickness, improve uterine artery blood flow, promote endometrial recovery, reduce the incidence of intrauterine re-adhesions,and improve pregnancy rate.
