Application effect of Bailemian capsule combined with Xueshuantong and batroxobin in sudden deafness
Objective To observe the application effect of Bailemian capsule combined with Xueshuantong and batroxobin in sudden deafness,and to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods A total of 86 patients with sudden deafness admitted in our hospital from March 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with batroxobin and Xueshuantong,and the observation group was treated with Bailemian capsule on this basis.The clinical efficacy,hearing threshold,anxiety,sleep quality,hemorheological indexes and drug safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35％,which was significantly higher than 79.07％in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the hearing threshold,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear reduction viscosity,whole blood low shear reduction viscosity and hematocrit in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions(drowsiness,gastrointestinal discomfort,abnormal mood and dizziness)in the observation group was 6.98％,which was significantly lower than 23.26％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Bailemian capsule combined with Xueshuantong and batroxobin can significantly elevate the hearing threshold of patients with sudden deafness,improve hemorheological indexes,anxiety and sleep quality,and promote the recovery of physical and mental health of patients.
