Effect of surgical treatment of gallbladder cancer under the guidance of precise biliary tract surgery theory and its influences on stress response and tumor marker level
Objective To analyze the effect of surgical treatment of gallbladder cancer under the guidance of precise biliary surgery theory and its influences on stress response and tumor marker level. Methods A total of 100 patients with gallbladder cancer admitted in hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional radical cholecystectomy, and the observation group was treated with surgery under the guidance of precise biliary tract surgery theory. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, the number of lymph node dissection was more than that of the control group, and the first exhaust time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 24 h after operation, the levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH)and cortisol(Cor)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 2 weeks after operation, the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and alpha fetoprotein(AFP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The surgical treatment of gallbladder cancer under the guidance of precise biliary tract surgery theory can not only alleviate the bodys'stress response, regulate the level of tumor markers, but also help to improve the surgical effect and shorten the hospitalization time of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
