目的 探讨贝前列素钠联合他克莫司治疗肾病综合征的效果及对肾功能、超声肾血流状态的影响.方法 选取2021年3月至2023年6月收治的80例肾病综合征患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例.对照组给予他克莫司治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用贝前列素钠治疗.比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00％,高于对照组的77.50％,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗前,两组的血肌酐(Scr)、胱抑素-C(Cys-C)、血尿素氮(BUN)、白蛋白(ALB)水平及24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h UPQ)比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗后,观察组的Scr、Cys-C、BUN水平及24 h UPQ低于对照组,ALB水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗前,两组的肾动脉收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、搏动指数(PI)及阻力指数(RI)比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗后,观察组的肾动脉PSV高于对照组,PI、RI低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 贝前列素钠联合他克莫司治疗肾病综合征的效果显著,其能改善患者肾功能,调节肾血流状态,值得推广.
Effect of beraprost sodium combined with tacrolimus in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome and its influences on renal function and ultrasonic renal blood flow status
Objective To investigate the effect of beraprost sodium combined with tacrolimus in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome and its influences on renal function and ultrasonic renal blood flow status.Methods A total of 80 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted from March 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tacrolimus,and the observation group was treated with beraprost sodium on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00％,which was higher than 77.50％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum creatinine(Scr),cystatin-C(Cys-C),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),albumin(ALB)levels and 24 h urinary protein quantification(24 h UPQ)between the two groups(P＞0.05);after treatment,the levels of Scr,Cys-C,BUN and 24 h UPQ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of ALB was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in peak systolic velocity(PSV),pulsatility index(PI)and resistant index(RI)of renal artery between the two groups(P＞0.05);after treatment,the PSV of renal artery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the PI and RI were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Beraprost sodium combined with tacrolimus in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome has a significant effect,it can improve renal function and regulate renal blood flow,which is worth promoting.
