Objective To investigate the effects of laparoscopic surgery on inflammatory factor levels and stress indicators in patients with colorectal cancer intestinal obstruction. Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with colorectal cancer intestinal obstruction admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different surgical methods, and the patients were divided into control group and study group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open surgery, and the study group was treated with laparoscopic surgery. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of epinephrine(E),norepinephrine(NE)and cortisol(Cor)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative first anal exhaust time, the first time of getting out of bed and the time of hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of colorectal cancer with intestinal obstruction, has minimal inflammatory stress response and fast postoperative recovery.
