Objective To explore the effect of Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on wound healing after perianal abscess surgery.Methods A total of 82 patients with perianal abscess who were admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of Visual Analogue Score(VAS),wound edema and wound exudate in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of norepinephrine(NE)and β-endorphin(β-EP)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has a good effect on patients with perianal abscess after surgery,which can improve clinical symptoms,promote wound healing,reduce inflammation and pain stress response,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
