Effects of modified Shengmai Yin combined with Shashen Maidong decoction on quality of life and levels of CEA,ERCC1,K-ras and GP-73 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer
Objective To investigate the effects of modified Shengmai Yin combined with Shashen Maidong decoction on the quality of life and the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),excision repair cross complementing 1(ERCC1),Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene(K-ras)and Golgi protein-73(GP-73)in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 102 patients with NSCLC admitted in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects, the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with modified Shengmai Yin combined with Shashen Maidong decoction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The disease remission rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of CEA,ERCC1,K-ras and GP-73 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of each dimension of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General(FACT-G)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Shengmai Yin combined with Shashen Maidong decoction in the treatment of NSCLC can improve the clinical efficacy and immune function of patients, reduce the adverse reactions, decrease the levels of serum marker protein, and then improve the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
