Effect of modified Shenyuan Yiqi Huoxue decoction in the adjuvant treatment of chronic heart failure and its influences on oxidative stress indexes
Objective To explore the effect of modified Shenyuan Yiqi Huoxue decoction in the adjuvant treatment of chronic heart failure and its influences on oxidative stress indexes.Methods A total of 312 patients with chronic heart failure admitted from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 156 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Shenyuan Yiqi Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the superoxide dismutase(SOD)level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and lipid peroxide(LPO)were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the level of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the 6 min walking distance of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the peak oxygen consumption(PVO2)and oxygen uptake to heart ratio(VO2/HR)were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The modified Shenyuan Yiqi Huoxue decoction in the adjuvant treatment of chronic heart failure has satisfactory effect,it can improve cardiac function,regulate oxidative stress indexes,and elevate exercise tolerance,which is worth promoting.
