Application of electronic information management system in home management of peritoneal dialysis patients with hypertension
Objective To explore the application value of electronic information management system in home management of peritoneal dialysis(PD)patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 300 PD patients with hypertension admitted from January 1 to October 31,2021 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were investigated and collected baseline data before the study,the control group used electronic sphygmomanometer and handwritten blood pressure recording program,the study group used electronic information management system to monitor and record blood pressure programs,and both groups were intervened for 10 months.The awareness rate of hypertension knowledge,treatment compliance rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and hypertension control effect were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After intervention,the awareness rate of hypertension knowledge and treatment compliance rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The excellent and good rate of hypertension control in the study group was 92.00％,which was higher than 45.33％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Through the electronic information management system,the treatment plan and types of hypertension drugs for PD patients can be adjusted in time,and the blood pressure of PD patients can be monitored and recorded at home in combination with the patients'diet,exercise,blood pressure control and their own feelings.This method is more convenient and effective than other methods of home blood pressure management.It is a home blood pressure management method that is worth promoting for PD blood pressure management or patients with abnormal blood pressure.
