Application effect of cardiac rehabilitation exercise combined with psychological nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic heart failure
Objective To explore the application effect of cardiac rehabilitation exercise combined with psychological nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 80 elderly CHF patients admitted from March 2019 to March 2022 were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(cardiac rehabilitation exercise+psychological nursing intervention),with 40 cases in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic dimension(LVESD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the levels of serum cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)and N-terminal pro-B type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the distance of 6 min walk test(6 MWT)in the observation group was longer than that of the control group, and the Minnesota Living with Heart Failure(MLHF)score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the Morisky score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation exercise combined with psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the cardiac function of elderly patients with CHF,improve bad mood and quality of life.
