Objective To explore the application effect of Roy adaptation model combined with continuous nursing in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding and its influence on General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)score. Methods A total of 84 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding who were treated in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received Roy adaptation model combined with continuous nursing on the basis of in-hospital nursing in the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Coping Adaptation Processing Scale(CAPS-15)and GSES in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Roy adaptation model combined with continuous nursing can improve the emotional status, psychological adaptability and self-efficacy of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding, improve self-management ability, and the intervention effect is better, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
