Effects of collaborative nursing intervention on surgical indexes and postoperative adverse events in patients with bronchial tuberculosis treated by bronchoscopic interventional cryotherapy
Objective To explore the effects of collaborative nursing intervention on surgical indexes and postoperative adverse events in patients with bronchial tuberculosis treated by bronchoscopic interventional cryotherapy. Methods A total of 100 patients with bronchial tuberculosis who were admitted in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given collaborative nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group, and the total treatment compliance rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)in the two groups increased, while the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)decreased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The collaborative nursing intervention has a better application effect in bronchoscopic interventional cryotherapy for patients with bronchial tuberculosis.
