Effects of functional complementary multi-channel continuous nursing combined with childlike games on psychological state and home rehabilitation coordination of children with lower limb fracture after operation
Objective To explore the effects of functional complementary multi-channel continuous nursing combined with childlike games on the psychological state and home rehabilitation coordination of children with lower limb fracture after operation.Methods A total of 86 children with lower limb fracture after operation admitted from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given functional complementary multi-channel continuous nursing combined with childlike games on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of the Child Medical Fear Scale(CMFS)and Spence Child Anxiety Scale(SCAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of medication coordination,rehabilitation exercise coordination and living habits coordination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the lower limb joint mobility and joint function score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Functional complementary multi-channel continuous nursing combined with childlike games can improve the psychological state of children after lower limb fracture surgery,improve their home rehabilitation coordination,and promote the recovery of lower limb function,which is worthy of promotion.
