我院内科中药注射剂使用情况分析

摘要
目的 分析我院内科住院患者中药注射剂使用情况,为中药注射剂的合理使用提供参考.方法 抽取2020年11月1 日至 30 日我院内科住院患者病历,共 285 份,对使用中药注射剂患者的年龄、性别、用药种类、用法用量、疗程、联合用药等情况进行统计和分析.结果 患者平均年龄(63.50±10.68)岁;共涉及15种中药注射剂;中药注射剂用法用量符合率为97.71%;溶媒选择的符合率是95.47%;中药注射剂的使用疗程多集中在 7～9 d,占 58.59%.结论 我院内科中药注射剂的使用存在部分不合理问题,应在今后的工作中持续改进.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections among inpatients in internal medicine department of our hospital,and to provide references for the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections.Methods A total of 285 medical records of inpatients in internal medicine department of our hospital from November 1 to 30,2020 were selected,and the age,gender,drug variety,usage and dosage,course of treatment and combined use of traditional Chinese medicine injections were statistically analyzed.Results The average age of the patients was(63.50±10.68)years old;a total of 15 traditional Chinese medicine injections were involved;the coincidence rate of usage and dosage of traditional Chinese medicine injections was 97.71%;the coincidence rate of solvent selection was 95.47%;the course of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine injections was mostly concentrated in 7-9 d,accounting for 58.59%.Conclusion There are some unreasonable problems in the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in internal medicine department of our hospital,which should be continuously improved in the future work.
