Study on the mechanism of sartorius muscle in lower limb external rotation during hemiplegic gait based on mechanics
Objective To study the mechanism of sartorius muscle in lower limb external rotation during hemiplegic gait based on mechanics. Methods From June 2022 to June 2023,60 rehabilitation patients who were treated in the rehabilitation treatment department of our hospital were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine training, and the treatment group was given sartorius muscle stretching training and inhibition training on the basis of routine training. The foot deviation angle, sartorius muscle strength and muscle tension of the affected lower limbs were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the foot deviation angle of the two groups was smaller than that before treatment, that in the treatment group was significantly smaller than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment, there was no significant difference in sartorius muscle strength between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the sartorius muscle tension in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Reducing the sartorius muscle tension in hemiplegic gait training can improve the external rotation angle of lower limb.
