Application value of digital medicine 3D imaging technology and traditional 2D imaging technology in preoperative doctor-patient communication of abdominal solid tumor in children
Objective To compare the application value of digital medicine 3D imaging technology and traditional 2D imaging technology in preoperative doctor-patient communication of abdominal solid tumor in children. Methods A total of 80 children with abdominal solid tumor admitted in the pediatric surgery department of Guigang City People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group used digital medicine 3D imaging technology for preoperative doctor-patient communication, and the control group used traditional 2D imaging technology for preoperative doctor-patient communication. The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores and satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups. Results After communication, the SAS and SDS scores of family members of the two groups decreased, those in the experimental group were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Digital medicine 3D imaging technology plays an active role in the preoperative doctor-patient communication of abdominal solid tumor in children. It can reduce the preoperative anxiety and depression of family members of the children, elevate the satisfaction of medical services, and improve the compliance of family members of the children to the medical process. It is worth promoting in clinic.
