Effect of ginkgo ketone ester dropping pills combined with nicorandil in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and its influence on platelet activation status
Objective To explore the effect of ginkgo ketone ester dropping pills combined with nicorandil in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and its influence on platelet activation status. Methods A total of 126 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted from May 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 63 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nicorandil, and the observation group was treated with ginkgo ketone ester dropping pills on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, platelet activation indexes and cardiac function indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.65%,which was significantly higher than 79.37%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of granule membrane protein-140(GMP-140),platelet activating factor(PAF),platlet factor 4(PF4)and platelet aggregation rate(PAR)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic dimension(LVESD)were smaller than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo ketone ester dropping pills combined with nicorandil in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease can not only enhance the clinical effect, but also improve the platelet activation status and promote the recovery of cardiac function.
