Effect of ambroxol hydrochloride lavage combined with high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy in the treatment of acute respiratory failure
Objective To analyze the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride lavage combined with high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy(HFNC)in the treatment of acute respiratory failure(ARF).Methods A total of 78 patients with ARF admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of treatment plan, the patients were divided into control group and study group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received HFNC,and the study group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride lavage on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high mobility group box-1 protein(HMGB-1),surfactant associated protein-D(SP-D),malondialdehyde(MDA)and lipid peroxide(LPO)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the respiratory rate(RR)and airway resistance(Raw)in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the oxygenation index(PaO2/FiO2),blood oxygen saturation(SaO2),maximum ventilation per minute(MVV)and forced vital capacity(FVC)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride lavage combined with HFNC can regulate the levels of oxidative stress indicators in patients with ARF and improve lung function, has better clinical effect and higher clinical application value.
