Efficacy and safety of heterozygous blood purification regimen in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic renal failure
Objective To explore the application of heterozygous blood purification regimen in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic renal failure. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with chronic renal failure admitted from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into conventional group(50 cases, routine blood purification regimen)and observation group(50 cases, heterozygous blood purification regimen)by random method. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),parathyroid hormone(PTH)and β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the level of endogenous creatinine clearance rate(Ccr)was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of calcium(Ca)and bone morphogenetic protein-7(BMP-7)in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group, and the levels of phosphate(P),fibroblast growth factor-23(FGF-23),magnesium(Mg)and connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The heterozygous blood purification regimen has a significant effect in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic renal failure. It can effectively improve the clearance effect of medium and large molecular toxins, ameliorate the renal function and bone metabolism indexes of patients, and has high treatment safety, which is worthy of promotion.
