Effects of carboprost tromethamine combined with carboprost methylate suppository on postpartum hemorrhage control and adverse reactions in secondary cesarean section
Objective To analyze the control effect of carboprost tromethamine combined with carboprost methylate suppository on postpartum hemorrhage after secondary cesarean section.Methods A total of 96 parturients after secondary cesarean section admitted from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission,the parturients were divided into control group(48 cases,carboprost methylate suppository)and study group(48 cases,carboprost tromethamine combined with carboprost methylate suppository).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of bleeding at 2 and 24 h after delivery and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the duration of lochia and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,the decline rate of uterine fundus was faster than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fibrinogen(FIB),D-Dimer(D-D),B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)and nitric oxide in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the serum calcium level was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The starting time of lactation in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the scores of lactation volume at 1 and 2 d after delivery were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine combined with carboprost methylate suppository is beneficial to improve the control effect of postpartum hemorrhage after secondary cesarean section,regulate serum indicators,and also help to improve maternal lactation function.It has good safety and higher application value.
