Predictive value of serum Lp-PLA2,NT-proBNP and hs-cTnI on the short-term prognosis of coronary heart disease with left heart failure
Objective To investigate the predictive value of serum lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2),N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and high-sensitivity cardiac troponin Ⅰ(hs-cTnI)on the short-term prognosis of coronary heart disease with left heart failure. Methods A total of 92 patients with coronary heart disease and left heart failure admitted in our hospital from September 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects. The levels of Lp-PLA2,NT-proBNP and hs-cTnI in all patients were detected, and the prognosis was observed by followed up.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the predictive value of Lp-PLA2,NT-proBNP and hs-cTnI in the short-term prognosis of coronary heart disease with left heart failure. Results Among the 92 patients,33 cases had a poor prognosis and 59 cases had a good prognosis. There was no significant difference in general data between the good prognosis group and the poor prognosis group(P>0.05).The levels of Lp-PLA2,NT-proBNP and hs-cTnI in the good prognosis group were significantly lower than those in the poor prognosis group(P<0.05).The results of ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curce(AUC)of Lp-PLA2,NT-proBNP and hs-cTnI combined prediction of short-term prognosis of coronary heart disease complicated with left heart failure was higher than that of single prediction, compared with Az=0.5,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum Lp-PLA2,NT-proBNP and hs-cTnI can effectively predict the short-term prognosis of coronary heart disease with left heart failure, and the predictive value of combined detection is higher.
