腕踝针治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的即刻镇痛效果

摘要
目的 探讨腕踝针治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的即刻镇痛效果.方法 选取2021年5月至2022年4月我院收治的 90 例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者,以随机数字表法将其分为常规干预组、中药封包组、腕踝针组,各30例.常规干预组采取常规干预,中药封包组在常规干预基础上应用中药封包治疗,腕踝针组在常规干预基础上应用腕踝针治疗.比较三组的治疗效果.结果 腕踝针组的即刻镇痛总有效率高于常规干预组和中药封包组(P＜0.05).治疗后,腕踝针组的子宫动脉搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)及收缩期峰值流速/舒张期峰值流速(S/D)均低于常规干预组和中药封包组(P＜0.05).治疗后,腕踝针组的前列腺素E2(PGE2)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平高于常规干预组和中药封包组,前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)水平低于常规干预组和中药封包组(P＜0.05).结论 腕踝针治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经有助于提高即刻镇痛效果,快速改善患者血流动力学,调节血清相关因子,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the immediate analgesic effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture on primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 90 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type admitted in our hospital from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into routine intervention group,traditional Chinese medicine package group and wrist-ankle acupuncture group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The routine intervention group was treated with routine intervention,the traditional Chinese medicine package group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine package on the basis of routine intervention,and the wrist-ankle acupuncture group was treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture on the basis of routine intervention.The therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of immediate analgesia in the wrist-ankle acupuncture group was higher than that in the routine intervention group and the traditional Chinese medicine package group(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine artery pulse index(PI),resistance index(RI)and peak systolic velocity/peak diastolic velocity(S/D)of the wrist-ankle acupuncture group were lower than those of the routine intervention group and the traditional Chinese medicine package group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and β-endorphin(β-EP)in the wrist-ankle acupuncture group were higher than those in the routine intervention group and the Chinese medicine package group,and the level of prostaglandin F2α(PGF2α)was lower than that in the routine intervention group and the Chinese medicine package group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wrist-ankle acupuncture in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type is helpful to improve the immediate analgesic effect,rapidly improve the hemodynamics of patients,and regulate serum related factors,which is worthy of promotion.
