Application value of division area group leader responsibility system level corresponding hierarchical management mode in emergency nursing management
Objective To study the application value of division area group leader responsibility system level corresponding hierarchical management mode in emergency nursing management.Methods A total of 41 nursing staff in the emergency department of our hospital were selected as the research objects,from January 2020 to January 2022,routine emergency nursing management was adopted(n=41,before management),from February 2022 to January 2023,the division area group leader responsibility system level corresponding hierarchical management mode was adopted(n=41,after management).The clinical data of 80 patients admitted in the emergency department of our hospital during the same period were selected for retrospective analysis,among them,40 patients were included from January 2020 to January 2022,and 40 patients were included from February 2022 to January 2023.The incidence of nursing adverse events,nursing quality,humanistic quality of nurses and patient safety competency before and after management were compared.Results The total incidence of nursing adverse events after management was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%before management(P<0.05).The scores of ward management,nurses'working ability,nurses'image,nursing service attitude,health education and total score after management were higher than those before management(P<0.05).The scores of professional ethics,cultural quality,legal quality,aesthetic quality,psychological quality and total score after management were higher than those before management(P<0.05).The scores of knowledge factor,system factor,attitude factor,skill factor and total score after management were higher than those before management(P<0.05).Conclusion The division area group leader responsibility system level corresponding hierarchical management mode in emergency nursing management has a significant application value,it can reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events,increase the quality of nursing,and improve the humanistic quality of nursing staff,which is worth promoting.
