Application effect of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing in rapid rehabilitation of patients after complete uterine septum surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing in rapid rehabilitation of patients after complete uterine septum surgery. Methods A total of 120 patients with complete uterine septum who underwent transcervical resection of septum(TCRS)in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given multi-dimensional collaborative nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The first ambulation time, the first exhaust time, the first defecation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 24 h of nursing, the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of nursing, the scores of each dimension and total score of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional collaborative nursing can promote the rapid recovery of patients after complete uterine septum surgery, optimize perioperative indicators, reduce the degree of postoperative pain, improve the quality of life, and decrease the incidence of complications.
