Effects of early warning score combined with hierarchical chain nursing intervention on the incidence of pressure injury and lower extremity deep venous thrombosis and the levels of nerve factors in children with craniocerebral tumor after operation
Objective To explore the value of early warning score combined with hierarchical chain nursing intervention in children with craniocerebral tumor after operation. Methods A total of 86 children with craniocerebral tumor operation admitted from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the children were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention after operation, and the observation group was given early warning score combined with hierarchical chain nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidences of pressure injury and lower extremity deep venous thrombosis of children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and myelin basic protein(MBP)of children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Gesell Infant Development Scale of children and Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scale(NSNS)of family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early warning score combined with hierarchical chain nursing intervention for children with craniocerebral tumor after operation can not only reduce the incidences of pressure injury and lower extremity deep venous thrombosis, improve the nursing satisfaction of family members, but also promote the improvement of neurological function and overall rehabilitation effect.
