Application effect of shared decision-making nursing in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI and its influence on body state
Objective To explore the application effect of shared decision-making nursing in patients with coronary heart disease after percutanous coronary intervention(PCI)and its influence on body state. Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received shared decision-making nursing. The health behavior, compliance and body state of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of each dimension of Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile(HPL)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of each dimension of the General Adherence Scale(GAS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of each dimension of Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shared decision-making nursing can elevate the compliance of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,enhance the improvement effect of health behavior, and then improve the body state.
