Application effect of supportive nursing in puerpera delivery and its influence on pain degree
Objective To explore the application effect of supportive nursing in puerpera delivery and its influence on pain degree. Methods A total of 100 puerperae delivery in the obstetrics department of our hospital were selected as the research objects, and the puerperae were divided into control group(50 cases, routine nursing)and observation group(50 cases, supportive nursing)according to the random number table method. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The first, second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the amount of bleeding at 2 h after delivery was less than that in the control group, and the total incidence of neonatal complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of each dimension of Kolcaba General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the yield and avoidance scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the face score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Supportive nursing can significantly alleviate the negative emotions and pain of puerpera, elevate comfort, improve coping style, shorten the duration of labor, and improve the outcome of delivery.
