Effects of predictive nursing intervention based on evidence-based medicine on psychological state and self-efficacy of stroke patients
Objective To explore the effects of predictive nursing intervention based on evidence-based medicine on psychological state and self-efficacy of stroke patients. Methods A total of 88 stroke patients admitted in our hospital from March 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, the experimental group received predictive nursing intervention based on evidence-based medicine on the basis of the control group, and both groups continued to intervene for 4 weeks. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of swallowing function improvement in the experimental group was 59.09%(26/44),which was higher than 25.00%(11/44)in the control group(P=0.001).After intervention, the levels of hemoglobin(HB),total protein(TP)and albumin(ALB)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scency Scale(ESCA)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)and Barthel Index(BI)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention based on evidence-based medicine can improve the swallowing function, nutrition and psychological status of stroke patients, and elevate self-efficacy,self-care ability and quality of life.
