Effect of risk management model based on multi-point feedback on disinfection quality of disinfection supply center
Objective To explore the effect of risk management model based on multi-point feedback on disinfection quality of disinfection supply center.Methods A total of 400 medical devices and 20 staff members from the disinfection supply center of the hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly selected for the study,200 medical devices from January to June 2022 were included in pre-implementation group(without the implementation of the risk management model based on multi-point feedback,the implementation of the conventional management model),and 200 medical devices from July to December of the same year were included in post-implementation group(the implementation of the risk management model based on multi-point feedback).The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of cleaning quality,disassembly quality,disinfection quality,packaging quality and environmental management quality of instruments in the post-implementation group were higher than those in the pre-implementation group(P<0.05).The appearance brightness score of the instruments in the post-implementation group was higher than that in the pre-implementation group,and the scores of rust spots,dirt and blood stains of the instruments were lower than those in the pre-implementation group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the disinfection supply center in the post-implementation group was lower than that in the pre-implementation group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of satisfaction of medical staffs in the post-implementation group were higher than those in the pre-implementation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk management model based on multi-point feedback helps to elevate the disinfection quality of the disinfection supply center,improve the appearance of the equipment,reduce the incidence of adverse events in the disinfection supply center,and improve the satisfaction of medical staffs,which is worth promoting.
