Effects of butylphthalide combined with alteplase on serum IL-8 and IL-10 levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction
Objective To study the effects of butylphthalide combined with alteplase on serum interleukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-10(IL-10)levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 122 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(n=61)and observation group(n=61)according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis, and the observation group was treated with butylphthalide on this basis. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, maximum systolic blood flow velocity(Vs)and mean blood flow velocity(Vm)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and resistance index(RI)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of neuron specific enolase(NSE)and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α(6-K-PGF1α)and IL-10 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with alteplase has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. It can improve intracranial hemodynamics, reduce inflammatory response, and elevate neurological function and cognitive function. It is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
