Effect of dipyridamole combined with high-dose gamma globulin and aspirin in the treatment of Kawasaki disease in children and its influences on myocardial injury markers and coagulation status
Objective To explore the effect of dipyridamole combined with high-dose gamma globulin and aspirin in the treatment of Kawasaki disease in children and its influences on myocardial injury markers and coagulation status. Methods A total of 100 children with Kawasaki disease admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with high-dose gamma globulin combined with aspirin, and the observation group was treated with dipyridamole on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The fever relief time, trunk erythema regression time, mucosal diffuse congestion disappearance time, cervical lymph node swelling relief time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the level of cardiac troponin T(cTnT)in the two groups decreased, and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and prothrombin time(PT)of the two groups prolonged, the fibrinogen(FIB)level decreased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of coronary artery injury in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than 24.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dipyridamole combined with high-dose gamma globulin and aspirin in the treatment of children with Kawasaki disease has significant effect, which can effectively improve clinical symptoms, reduce the degree of myocardial injury, regulate coagulation function, and decline the incidence of coronary artery injury.
