Effect of edaravone combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis on cerebral blood flow perfusion indexes in patients with acute cerebral infarction
Objective To analyze the effect of edaravone combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis on cerebral blood flow perfusion indexes in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 86 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of treatment plan, the patients were divided into conventional group(43 cases, alteplase intravenous thrombolysis)and observation group(43 cases, edaravone combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than 83.72%in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE),central nervous specific protein β(S100β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment, the maximum blood flow velocity(Vmax),minimum blood flow velocity(Vmin)and mean blood flow(Qmean)in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group, and the peripheral resistance(Rv)was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction has a significant effect, which can regulate the level of biochemical indexes, improve cerebral blood flow perfusion, and will not increase adverse reactions.
