Effect of minimally invasive anchor screw suture through small lateral deltoid incision in the treatment of fracture of greater tuberosity of humerus and its influences on postoperative pain and joint function repair
Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive anchor screw suture through small lateral deltoid incision in the treatment of fracture of greater tuberosity of humerus and its influences on postoperative pain and joint function repair. Methods A total of 100 patients with fracture of greater tuberosity of humerus admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with locking plate internal fixation through deltoid-pectoral interscalene approach, and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive anchor screw suture through small lateral deltoid incision. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).One day after operation, the levels of substance P(SP),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and bradykinin(BK)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation, the flexion, abduction and external rotation of shoulder joint in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation, the Constant-Murley shoulder function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive anchor screw suture through small lateral deltoid incision has significant effect in the treatment of fracture of greater tuberosity of humerus,it can reduce the degree of postoperative pain, promote the repair of joint function and improve the safety of operation, which is worth promoting.
