Effect of anti-HPV biological gel dressing combined with recombinant human interferon α2b on chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection and its influences on inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin levels
Objective To investigate the effect of anti-human papillomavirus(HPV)biological gel dressing combined with recombinant human interferon α2b in the treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection. Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection admitted from August 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(43 cases, recombinant human interferon α2b gel)and observation group(43 cases,anti-HPV biological gel dressing combined with recombinant human interferon α2b gel)by random number table method. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of interleukin 17(IL-17),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the positive rates of leukocyte esterase(LE)and sialidase(SNA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Anti-HPV biological gel dressing combined with recombinant human interferon α2b in the treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection can improve the curative effect, decrease of inflammatory factor level and the increase of serum immunoglob-ulin level.
