抗HPV生物凝胶敷料联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的效果及对炎性因子、免疫球蛋白水平的影响

摘要
目的 探讨抗人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)生物凝胶敷料联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的效果.方法 选择2020年8月至2023年6月收治的86例慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(43例,重组人干扰素α2b凝胶)和观察组(43 例,抗HPV生物凝胶敷料联合重组人干扰素α2b凝胶).比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平低于对照组,免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的白细胞酯酶(LE)、唾液酸苷酶(SNA)阳性率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 抗HPV生物凝胶敷料联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染可提高疗效,降低炎性因子水平,提高免疫球蛋白水平.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of anti-human papillomavirus(HPV)biological gel dressing combined with recombinant human interferon α2b in the treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection.Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection admitted from August 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(43 cases,recombinant human interferon α2b gel)and observation group(43 cases,anti-HPV biological gel dressing combined with recombinant human interferon α2b gel)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin 17(IL-17),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the positive rates of leukocyte esterase(LE)and sialidase(SNA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Anti-HPV biological gel dressing combined with recombinant human interferon α2b in the treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection can improve the curative effect,decrease of inflammatory factor level and the increase of serum immunoglob-ulin level.
