瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤联合常规西药方案治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛(痰浊内阻证)的效果及对氧化应激反应的影响

摘要
目的 探讨瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤联合常规西药方案治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛(痰浊内阻证)的效果.方法 选择 2020 年3 月至 2022 年 11 月收治的 92 例冠心病稳定型心绞痛(痰浊内阻证)患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各 46例.对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在上述基础上加瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤治疗.比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)小于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的丙二醛(MDA)水平低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的一氧化氮(NO)水平高于对照组,内皮素-1(ET-1)水平低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤联合常规西药方案治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛(痰浊内阻证)的效果满意,可改善心功能与氧化应激反应,修复血管内皮损伤,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Gualou Xiebai Guizhi decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm turbidity internal obstruction syndrome).Methods A total of 92 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm turbidity internal obstruction syndrome)admitted from March 2020 to November 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Gualou Xiebai Guizhi decoction on the basis of the above.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of nitric oxide(NO)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of endothelin-1(ET-1)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Gualou Xiebai Guizhi decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm turbidity internal obstruction syndrome)has satisfactory effect,which can improve cardiac function and oxidative stress response,and repair vascular endothelial injury,it is worth promoting.
