Effect of Guizhi Fuling pills combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine system in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding and its influences on bleeding and hormone levels
Objective To investigate the effect of Guizhi Fuling pills combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine system in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding and its influences on bleeding and hormone levels.Methods A total of 80 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group(40 cases,levonorgestrel intrauterine system)and observation group(40 cases,Guizhi Fuling pills combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine system)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the menstrual cycle of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the menstrual volume was less than that of the control group,and the endometrial thickness was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The bleeding control time and complete hemostasis time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling pills combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine system in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding can improve the therapeutic effect,improve menstruation,endometrial thickness and bleeding,and regulate hormone levels.
