Effects of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing model based on smart management platform on disease management ability and blood pressure control in patients with hypertension
Objective To explore the effects of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing model based on smart management platform on disease management ability and blood pressure control in patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 180 patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital from July 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given multi-dimensional collaborative nursing model based on smart management platform on this basis.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the disease management ability scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of medication compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-dimensional collaborative nursing model based on the smart management platform can improve the disease management ability,blood pressure control effect,medication compliance and quality of life of patients with hypertension,which is worthy of promotion.
