护理质量敏感性指标监测管理在骨科患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨护理质量敏感性指标监测管理在骨科患者中的应用效果.方法 纳入2023年4月至2024年3 月收治的 68 例骨科患者,经随机数字表法将其分为常规组(n=34)和监测组(n=34).常规组予以常规护理,监测组予以护理质量敏感性指标监测管理.比较两组的静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)发生率、VTE发生风险、患肢血流速度及护理质量.结果 监测组的术后VTE发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05);干预后2、4 周,两组的Caprini评分低于干预前,且监测组低于常规组(P<0.05).干预后 2、4周,监测组患肢股总静脉、腘静脉血流速度高于常规组(P<0.05).监测组的护理质量各项评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05).结论 护理质量敏感性指标监测管理可提高骨科护士VTE相关知识技能水平,降低VTE发生率及发生风险,有助于改善患者患肢血流速度及整体护理质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of monitoring and management of nursing quality sensitivity indexes in orthopedic patients.Methods A total of 68 orthopedic patients admitted from April 2023 to March 2024 were enrolled,and the patients were divided into routine group(n=34)and monitoring group(n=34)by random number table method.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the monitoring group was given monitoring and management of nursing quality sensitivity indexes.The incidence of venous thromboembolism(VTE),the risk of VTE,the blood flow velocity of the affected limb and the quality of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative VTE in the monitoring group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05);at 2 and 4 weeks after intervention,the Caprini score of the two groups was lower than that before intervention,and that in the monitoring group was lower than the routine group(P<0.05).At 2 and 4 weeks after intervention,the blood flow velocity of the affected limb of common femoral vein and popliteal vein in the monitoring group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The scores of all items of nursing quality in the monitoring group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Monitoring and management of nursing quality sensitivity indexes can improve the level of VTE-related knowledge and skills of orthopedic nurses,reduce the incidence and risk of VTE,and help to improve the blood flow velocity of affected limb and the overall quality of nursing.
